I bought this drive to act as a Time Machine backup, and it is doing a fantastic job. It was truly plug and play.

I just plugged it in, and it was instantly recognized by time machine. Virtually no set-up. I just plugged it in, then time machine questioned if I wanted it turned on. Couldn’t be much simpler.

The drive was not well-matched with my Mac even though documents advertise that is.

I called customer service and they said it was not well-matched.
